Biography
Shawn graduated from Ohio University in 1994 and completed a Masters in Atmospheric Sciences from The Ohio State University in 1996. After several years working as a forecaster in the United States and Canada, Shawn returned to OU and finished a second Masters in geography in 2003. He then went on to intern for the National Weather Service in Phoenix, AZ. Shawn currently resides in St. Cloud, MN and is a meteorology and Earth science instructor at St. Cloud Technical College and Central Lakes College in Minnesota. His outside interests include mountain hiking and astronomy.
