Bio
Chadwick Ellis is a senior Geography-Meteorology major, minoring in physics and math. His hometown is Wakeman, OH and he attended Firelands high school. During the summer of 2008, he worked for WOUB as an on-air forecaster. He has been interested in weather since he was in the Boy Scouts at 10 years of age. Being in the outdoors observing the weather was a perfect experience for him. He has also been a trained storm spotter for the National Weather Service for the past five years.
In his free time he likes participating in bands such as: The Ohio University Marching 110, varsity band and the university concert band. Chad attained the high rank of Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts at 16.
After college, Chad wants to work for NASA or NOAA. He loves playing his trumpet, watching movies, video games and working on cars.
